PaymentIn our showroom, you can pay with Mobilepay or cash payment.
If you pay online via our webshop www.copenhagenvenice.com, you can pay with Mobilepay, PayPal, Visa/Dankort, Maestro or MasterCard.
At Copenhagen Venice you are always guaranteed secure payment. Our payment gateway is handled and supported by Pensopay, which ensures stability and encrypted payment. The data you send in connection with a payment card purchase is encrypted, and only Pensopay can access that information. We do not store your card details and cannot withdraw amounts other than what you have approved at the time of your purchase. Which is also the reason why you must accept our terms and conditions before purchasing.
After completing your purchase, we will send an email confirming your order. As soon as your order is packed, you will receive an email from Copenhagen Venice with all the necessary information, so that you can follow it via a tracking number from the time the package leaves us until you have it in your hands.
At Copenhagen Venice we curate and offer vintage glass objects that require particularly careful handling, and therefore we pack your order carefully. The shipping price depends on each individual object, but is always visible before you complete your order online.

Right of withdrawal
At Copenhagen Venice we offer unique, vintage objects and all purchases in our showroom are non-refundable.
If you shop online, we give you the opportunity to return up to 14 days from when you have received the order. Before returning, please inform us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving us clear notice of this at the same time.

You must return the order directly to our showroom, we does not accept packages sent to parcel shops or the like. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured delivery method.
Please note that you are responsible for the condition of the object and bear the risk for the item from the time it is delivered to you until it is delivered back to Copenhagen Venice. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. Original shipping charges and return charges will not be refunded.
You are always welcome to contact us at email@example.com, should you have any questions about this.
When you receive your order, please unpack it immediately and contact us (within 24 hours) if the item has been damaged in transit. You must attach pictures of the damaged object, shipping label and packaging (this is very important and it is your responsibility to include pictures, if pictures are omitted we cannot pay your claim).
We will notify you when we have received and processed your return, and we will then notify you whether your return has been accepted or not.If approved, you will automatically be refunded in the same way you paid Please note that it may also take a few days for your bank / credit card provider to process the refund.
Packages that have not been collected from either the package company or our showroom will only be treated as a return if you have specifically informed us of this. Shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed by Copenhagen Venice. If there are additional costs associated with uncollected returns, they offer the buyer.
Copenhagen Venice reserves the right for any errors, price changes and out-of-stock items.
Right of complaint
When you act as a consumer, you have the right to complain for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, it means that Copenhagen Venice is obliged to repair or replace it with a similar item, give the money back or a reduction in the price. This depends on the specific situation, if there are errors or defects that have occurred no later than 24 months after your purchase. However, you cannot advertise an item that has not been used correctly.
You must advertise within a ''reasonable time'' after you have discovered the error. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
